Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the NLRC Street Runner mobile game (the "Game") and website operated by NLRC Street Runner ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or download the Game.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported Android devices, in compliance with the Google Play Store Terms of Service.

3. Virtual Items & Game Economy

Virtual Currency & Items: Gold music note coins, skeleton keys, mystery chests, outfits, boards, and power-up upgrades earned or purchased in the Game are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
Non-Refundable: Virtual items cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services outside of the Game. All in-game unlocks and purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law.

4. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree not to:

Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to alter the Game or falsify leaderboard scores.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game's source code or 3D assets.
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair score or resource advantages.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, characters (including Jax, Luna, and Crew), 3D models, music tracks, sound effects, animations, and visual designs are the exclusive intellectual property of NLRC Street Runner. All rights reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain a smooth 60 FPS experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all device hardware configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NLRC Street Runner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.
